Professional Development Symposiums

Join us this Fall in Cambridge, Ontario for a Professional Development Symposium!
In the mortgage industry, it is becoming more difficult to find the best “exit strategy” back to greener pastures (from B or Private Lenders back to the A world) for your client. With the addition of the Government Stress Test, individuals with strong credit are now feeling the pinch because they may not show enough income and are unable to meet debt servicing guidelines.
What is the Best Solution for Your Client’s Situation & Fastest Route to Repair Their Credit? Life can hit your clients in unexpected ways. In this symposium, we will educate brokers and agents on how to repair and choose the right solution to get their borrowers back to A rates.
Speakers & Topics
CMHC: (Speaker) from CMHC will offer some more insight on the new Home Owner’s Incentive program through a shared equity mortgage with the Government of Canada.
