Career Kickstart Programme

CMBA Ontario’s Career Kickstart Programme is designed for new agents who need a little extra guidance navigating the mortgage industry. This exclusive course will give you the tools to succeed in your chosen career.

Day 1

We have partnered with the Canadian Professional Sales Association to bring you sales training for mortgage agents. In this interactive & hands-on training session, you will learn basic sales techniques in addition to:

Prospecting Tactics
The Consultative Sales Call
Self- Awareness
Time Management
Professional Behavior & Development

As an added bonus to their lesson, CPSA will be giving away 15 FREE 1-year Memberships* to their association!

*Memberships will be given to the first 15 registrants

Day 2

The second day will feature two half-day sessions teaching you how to become an entrepreneur as you kick off your new career as a Mortgage Agent!

Refund Policy

If a written request to withdraw from the Kickstart Programme is received at least ten (10) business days before the commencement of the course, a full refund will be issued. No refund will be issued if the request is received fewer than ten (10) days before the commencement of the course. Where the course fee includes a membership component, only the course fee will be refunded. In order for a course to proceed, a minimum number of participants must be met. If the minimum number of participants for the course dates you have chosen is not met, we reserve the right to re-schedule. In the event that a course date is canceled and cannot be re-scheduled, a refund will be provided.
